She dedicated her life to helping people of Arfican descent, particularly children, to understand their place in the world and in the process encouraging them to master their own future. The Temple University Pan-African Studies Community Education Program (PASCEP), a flagship grassroots organization, remains the most unique model of community education in the world! With over 80 volunteer faculty members, PASCEP offers a wealth of varied and practical classes, including: Introduction to Computers, Microsoft Applications, Spiritual Treasures, Housing Rehabilitation, GED Preparation, Pre-College English, the Art of Numbers, Pilates, Stress Elimination, Astrology, the Art of Rap, various Business and Finance courses, Etymology, Criminal Justice, Natural Hair Styling, Poetry and Creative Writing, Hip Hop, Spanish and much more! Extended Registration Hours for the Spring Semester will be Wednesday, January 18 and 25, 2012 between 10:00AM and 7:00PM. Late Registration for the Spring Semester will begin on Monday, January 30, Tuesday, January 31 and Wednsday, February 1, 2012 between 10:00AM and 5:00PM. Late fee is $10.00.
