Main Campus Guaranteed Access Parking

Guaranteed Access Parking requires a parking hangtag and a valid Temple University I.D. The parker is assigned to a parking area where a space is always available. Payments for student parking are made every four (4) months, payable in advance.

As an option, faculty and staff with a valid Temple I.D., may opt for convenient payroll deductions. Parkers who are not on payroll deduction, should hand deliver their checks, payable to Temple University, prior to the beginning of the respective parking period, as follows:

Rates for the academic year (2012-2013) are as follows:

• Guaranteed Access areas that do not have a gate control equipment, utilize the parking hangtag as a means of identification. Hangtags must be displayed on the back of the rear view mirror inside your vehicle.
• Upon displaying a valid hangtag, weekend parking is available, at no additional cost, to any guaranteed access user at the Liacouras Garage.

TEMPLE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS - FORMS

Directions: Student Hangtag Application is required for new applicants as well as applicants whose decals are due for renewal. Bell Garage applicants must also download the Bell Garage Procedures and bring them to the Office Of Parking

TEMPLE UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES - FORMS

Directions: Faculty / Staff Hangtag Application is required for new applicants as well as applicants whose decals are due for renewal. Bell Garage applicants must also download the Bell Garage Procedures and bring them to the Office Of Parking Services, duly signed. Download the appropriate payroll deduction form if you wish to enroll for our Payroll Deduction Plan  i.e. convenient deduction of parking charges from your paycheck.
