Health Education Awareness Resource Team (HEART) is an on-campus office staffed by health professionals and peer health educators who are committed to providing comprehensive wellness education, resources and prevention services to empower and support Temple University students in making informed healthier choices and achieving academic success. Campus Recreation is the coordinating office for recreational sports programs at Main Campus. More than 2,300 students, faculty and staff participate daily in one or more of the various activity components offered by our office. These components include intramurals (men's, women's, co-rec, and open), sports clubs, informal recreation, special events and programs, group fitness, adapted recreation, and aquatics. Each of these programs is designed for your participation and enjoyment, and we sincerely believe that each can provide hours of fun, fitness and friendship.
