Welcome to the Website for the Office of Planning and Policy Analysis (OPPA) at Temple University.
As a unit within the Office of the Provost, OPPA and its five departments (Academic Records, Institutional Research, Management Information Systems, Measurement and Research Center, and Scheduling and Space Management) provides comprehensive institution-wide systems of information that can be used to analyze and evaluate operating trends that support University decision-making. We provide Academic Record support for all students and administrative offices, placement testing of all entering students, administration of national tests for all students, and management of the University-wide student evaluation of teaching process. In addition, we maintain the inventory, allocation and scheduling of all space in University facilities.
