Who can take an OnLine Learning course?
Anyone who meets the regular requirements for the course being offered.  But, OLL courses require at least as much time and effort as conventional classes -- if not more -- and they require that students be self-disciplined.

How do I register for an OLL course?
To view online course offerings, go to our Courses Offered web page, or to the T.U. Online Course Schedule web page. However, please note that  you will need to have the I.E. 6.0 or Netscape 7.0 browser to view the later page.

  • For online courses, matriculated students should register via  Owlnet
  • For videoconferencing courses, matriculated students can register online via Owlnet or by using the Diamond telephone line (215) 204-2525.
  • Continuing education, visiting, and non-matriculated students should contact the Office of Continuing Education (215-204-2500) for more information.

For more information, contact the OLL Program at 215-204-2712 or via e-mail at online@temple.edu.

Do I have to be a matriculated Temple University student?
No.  You must, however, meet the basic requirements for entrance into a college level course and you must have taken the pre-requisites for the chosen online/videoconferencing course.
