Reserving a room for a campus class meeting
Send the following information (at the start of the
semester or at least two weeks prior to class meeting
date) to one of the email addresses listed below, if
you need to book a room on campus to meet with your
students:
1. Course title
2. Department name and course number
3. Course Reference number (CRN, six digit number)
4. Number of students enrolled in the course
5. Date(s) required
6. Start meeting time and End meeting time
7. A telephone number for contact
8. The type of room needed (general
classroom, smart classroom, computer lab).
Main Campus
Blended courses, upon room reservation requests, are
usually assigned to use the
Tuttleman Learning
Center, room
203 AB,
for occasional campus meetings at the Main Campus. If
your online/blended course needs to meet on campus,
please send a request to Kristen Watkins, at the
Scheduling and Space Management Office:

Ambler and Fort Washington Campus
Blended courses, upon room reservation requests, are
usually assigned to use
a room either at the Ambler or Fort Washington
Campus. If your online/blended course needs to meet on
campus, please send a request to Patricia Kelly:
