Dear Online Students:

I am writing to urge your special attention to the Student Feedback Form (SFF) process now underway for this fall term. It is crucial for the University to learn all it can about the effectiveness of online teaching and learning and to gather information that will help us develop strategies for future improvement. So your responses are important to us.

The content of the Fall 2008 Student Feedback Form will be familiar to those of you who took traditional or online courses in a previous semester. Your electronic submissions are confidential and registered on a secure server to which no instructor has access. The web site is located at: https://webserv.adminsvc.temple.edu/sff/

Please print this message prior to entering the SFF web site. You can access it from November 26th (Wednesday) until midnight of December 14th (Sunday). Please make sure to access the SFF web site via your INTERNET EXPLORER Browser.

At the prompt, simply use your Accessnet (your @temple login id and password to log into the evaluation site). For instance, if your e-mail address is mary@temple.edu and your password to this e-mail account is "online", your Accessnet login id is "mary" and your accessnet password is "online"

If you have questions about the process, please contact the Distance Learning Program Office via e-mail

at online@temple.edu or via telephone at (215) 204-2712.  I urge you to go to the web site and thoughtfully complete the online course and teaching evaluation.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
