HRA 401  --  Management and Organizational  Behavior

The primary perspective of this course will be from a manager-professional point of view. Thus, we will study issues such as leadership, organizational planning and control, human resource management, organizational culture and change, ethics and social responsibility, and working in and managing teams. Of course, knowledge and understanding of these organizational topics is useful for everyone including employees, customers, and clients.
