One Bedroom Available
I have 1 BR available in a 3 BR apt with 3 other female students age 21-23:
- It is available from May 1-August 31.
- It is very large with a full kitchen,two full bathrooms, large living area, dining area and balcony.
- I am graduating and moving out and my three female roommates (20-23) will remain in the apartment.
- They are fun and easy going people to live with.
- 2 of them smoke occasionally but normally on the balcony.
- With utilities included at around 25-45$ per month the maximum total rent will be about 650$.
- This is a spacious apartment in a building that has a 24hr door person, a complimentary gym, and an outdoor pool available to Parktown tenants.
