| The New Media Interdisciplinary Concentration (NMIC) is open to all SCT students, and requires 20 credits for completion.

2 capstone NMIC core courses are required, for a total of 5 credits:

*Students
must take at least two electives at the 200/300 level, and may also
take approved new media courses offered through Tyler, Music, and
CST. At least one elective must be taken in a department outside
of the major. Electives taken in the major can count towards both
NMIC and the major. Also, students may petition the Director
of NMIC to count relevant courses (those with a demonstrated new
media emphasis) toward the NMIC.
