Fading Estate

Directed by David Alvarado & Will Cotten
University of North Texas, USA

Fading Estate is an interesting look into how we place different values on the artifacts in our lives that represent lost memories. We explore people who live their lives searching for these treasures and encounter the story of someone's whole life history that was sold in a dusty old furniture store in Denton, Texas. Haunting music, fast-paced editing and a unique interview style make this short documentary one not to be missed.
