On Dec. 17, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority will open a ticket office on Berks Street, between 9th and 10th streets, at its Temple University station.

The ticket office will be open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (closed on weekends).
