| The Payroll Management Office reminds faculty, staff and students that, beginning with the first pay period in January 2008, distribution of direct deposit pay advices will change. For university faculty, staff and students who receive their pay by direct deposit, the advices will no longer be printed and sent to university departments for distribution.
The paper direct deposit advice will be replaced with an e-mail notification sent to prior to pay day that includes a link to the Employee Self-Service web site (http://ess.temple.edu), where the pay statement can viewed and/or printed.
Direct deposit is the university’s preferred method of payment; Payroll Management strongly recommends that those who have not enrolled for direct deposit do so as soon as possible. It is one of the most safe, convenient and reliable methods of payment. Sign up online at the Employee Self-Service web site. |
