Temple Theaters’ sold-out, world premiere production of In Conflict, originally scheduled to run through this weekend, has been extended with performances through Saturday, Oct. 20.

In Conflict is based on a book of first-person interviews with Iraq War veterans complied by former Philadelphia Daily News journalist Yvonne Latty. Adapted for the stage and directed by nationally recognized, award-winning director Douglas C. Wager, In Conflict is a compelling portrait of Iraq War veterans speaking out on one of the most controversial conflicts in modern American history.

“For the past year, I have been deeply engaged in the process of immersing myself in the world of Yvonne’s extraordinary personal encounter with the Iraq Veterans of In Conflict,” said Wager, director of Temple Theaters.

In Conflict has evolved into an unprecedented ensemble effort between me, the cast, the designers and a large team of students, directing associates, faculty coaches and military advisors.”
