On May 23, Temple University hosted its first “Neighbor’s Job Fair" in Mitten Hall’s Great Court.
About 200 job seekers from Temple’s surrounding neighborhoods had a chance to meet employers affiliated with the university, such as United Concordia and Contemporary Staffing Solutions.
The job fair was sponsored by the Office of Community Outreach & Hiring, part of the Human Resources Department.
Organizers plan to sponsor a Resource Day Fair on Thursday, June 14.
