Through May 17, a donation of $10 or more to the university will get you this limited-edition Class of 2007 T-shirt or a Temple messenger bag. Look for the table in the Liacouras Center lobby before and after Commencement or call 215-204-7425.

Your journey as a Temple student has ended, but that does not mean that your relationship with the University has to end too. Your free lifetime membership in Temple University's Alumni Association (TUAA) begins when you graduate.

This membership comes with a number of benefits, and it provides you with opportunities to stay connected with the University and the people that you met here.

Alumni Card
Your Alumni Card serves as your key to the University. It verifies your alumni status and provides access to several places on campus, such as the TECH Center, libraries and Campus Recreation facilities.

Alumni Clubs
Stay connected to Temple through one of our alumni clubs in the following cities: Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C. Enjoy networking events, social outings, faculty speakers and more. Additional alumni clubs will be forming in the near future.

   

Alumni Group Insurance Program
The TUAA offers favorable group rates on medical insurance; life insurance; and auto/ homeowners/renters insurance. For more information, call Meyer and Associates at 800-635-7801.

Campus Recreation facilities
Alumni may use the recreational facilities at the Health Sciences Center, Temple University Ambler and the Main Campus’ Independence Blue Cross Student Recreation Center. All you need to do is purchase an Alumni Rec Access Card, available from the Campus Recreation Department in McGonigle Hall, suite 102. For more information, call 215-204-1267.

Career Services
Career Development Services can help you in your job hunt. Visit the office to research careers and make an appointment to receive free career planning and counseling services.

Cherry & White Day
A longtime Temple tradition, Temple alumni are invited to Ambler Campus in mid-April each year to socialize and compete in the various sports in which they excelled while in school.

Diamond Club membership
Membership in the Diamond Club, Temple’s Main Campus dining facility, is open to all alumni for an annual $25 fee. For more information, visit www.temple.edu/diamondclub.

Discounted football tickets
Discount full- and partial-season ticket plans, starting at $72, are available for recent graduates (2002–2007). This year’s five home games at Lincoln Financial Field include Navy on Aug. 31 and Penn State on Nov. 10. Homecoming on Oct. 6 will feature the Owls vs. Northern Illinois. Library services
Alumni can search the stacks and research for free, but checkout and other services of the University Libraries require a $10 annual fee.

License plates
Official Temple University organizational license plates are available to Pennsylvania residents for $20; New Jersey residents for $50; and Delaware residents for $10.

Reunions
Each fall, various Shared Interest Groups (SIGs) offer reunions during Homecoming weekend. In 2007, SIG reunions were held for alumni of the Temple Rome Program, Temple Honors Program, Temple News and Temple Black Alumni. If you are interested in organizing a SIG reunion for Homecoming 2008 (Oct. 5–7), contact the Alumni Center at 215-204-7521 or alumrel@temple.edu.

Temple Alumni Partnership in Education (TAPE)
Join fellow grads to make a positive difference in schoolchildren’s lives by volunteering one to two hours per week with the Paul Laurence Dunbar Elementary School at 12th and Montgomery streets (directly next to Main Campus). Temple Review
Your lifetime TUAA membership entitles you to a free subscription to the Temple Review, Temple's quarterly alumni magazine.

Temple Travel Program
The Temple Travel Program offers alumni and their families worldwide, exotic packages year-round through the association’s group travel program.
