William Hickman is a former resident of the Ludlow neighborhood. When he visits his old neighborhood he notes there is a dramatic change in the type of activities available to keep the youth off the streets and away from crime.
Barbara Mack has lived in the Ludlow neighborhood for over four decades. She was insistent on raising her children and her grandchildren in the neighborhood despite an increase in the neighborhood's crime.
Ernest Jones says he is a former drug dealer and has battled a drug and alcohol addiction of his own in his many years of living in Ludlow. He is dismayed by the refusal of some residents to notify police of crimes they witness.
