Women of Bright Hope Baptist Church

Brenda Willingham
President of the Women's Ministry Brenda Willingham  has been a member of Bright Hope since 1994. She is also the head of the President's Council, a member of the choir and she volunteers her time whenever she can. Brenda organized the Spa Event to teach women how to take care of their skin and give them a day of pampering. This was the first event in connection with the women's day event scheduled for May.

Gloria Williams
Long-time member of Bright Hope, Marla Wright volunteers much of her time and also works as an administrative assistant in the office. Marla also was a volunteer at the Spa Day to give tips on makeup application. Every night at Bright Hope, you will find a line out the door of people patiently waiting in line to see what Gloria will be serving for dinner. Gloria Williams is the coordinator of the feed the homeless program and of the survival program.
 
GO GO the Clown

One volunteer of  Bright Hope dresses up as

a clown for all the children's events at the

youth center. In her spare time, she also visits

the sick children at the Girard Hospital.

Makeup mirrors with Mary Kay lookbook and guide. Brenda teaches the women her skin care routine, which she always does before applying her makeup. Lola volunteers her time and services for the women of Bright Hope.
This was the first facial that Edna, who is in her 70s, has ever had.  She really enjoyed the pampering.

Brenda teaches the women the proper way to apply makeup and which colors work best with their skin.
