Here you'll find a view of one Philadelphia's most beautiful and historic neighborhoods: Bella Vista.  A team of MURL students, Kim Roberts, Nolan Rosenkrans and Daphnee Vieux, looked at changes to the storied Italian Market on Ninth Street, asked residents about how safe they really feel and tried to find out how an influx of new residents to this traditionally Italian neighborhood has changed the communities feel and character.
