NORTHERN LIBERTIES

Liberty Lands Park

By Jonathan Todd, Cody Glenn and Kurt West

Kelly Diffily, a resident of Northern Liberties for four years, says,"The park is great for dog owners and local residents."

Justin Waller stands in the doorway of his new sneaker boutique, "Made to Order," located on Second and Brown. "Everybody hangs out in the park, especially in the summer," said Waller.
Oron Blektor, an employee of North Bowl and a Northern Liberties resident, says: "Besides North Bowl, Liberty Park is the spot. It's the closest green around here. You don't have to trek over to Fairmount."

"The Standard Tap and the park are the main hangouts. The park makes our neighborhood well-rounded," said Brenden O'Brien, a two-year resident of Northern Liberties.
Robert Chambers relaxes in a local coffee shop. "I hang out at the park during the day and go to the Standard Tap at night," he says.
