Congreso and WHYY team up with the MURL students at one of the city's E3 centers to produce these videos about some Philadelphia neighborhoods.

What is MURL?

MURL stands for Multimedia Urban Reporting Lab. It is both a concept and a place.
The concept focuses on reporting about neighborhoods in Philadelphia. The place is a newsroom based on the ground floor of Temple University's Center City campus facility, which is just across the street from City Hall. MURL functions as a contemporary multimedia newsroom with wireless networking, Internet access, digital recorders and digital video cameras.
