"We want a central park area for people to go like a Rittenhouse Square. We want every vacant lot to become a community garden and we have even asked developers to plant lots of trees," said John Struble, co-founder of Reading Viaduct Project.
"The Promenade Plante'e in Paris is amazing. That is what we are basing a lot of ideas for the viaduct on," said McEneaney.
