Tutor-Athletics (undergraduates only):
Description: Primary function is to assist student athletes with difficulties faced with course material and in understanding of concepts. Hours per week varies but is based on overall need on the schedule. Location of tutoring is in the Athletics Department.
Requirements: Minimum Requirements per subject area include a minimum grade of B+ or better in the following courses and/or related experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to relay material in more than one way is desirable. A copy of current transcripts or academic records (resume is optional) must be attached to completed applications.
Mathematics-knowledge in material up to and including Math 1022 (Calculus I-Math 1041 preferred)
Chemistry-General Chemistry 1031 (71) & 1032 (72)
Statistics-Stat 1001 (11) & 1102 (12); Stat 2101 (21) & 2102 (22) preferred
