(A) Primary osteoblasts cultured for 5 days were fixed and incubated with anti-OA primary antibody (Ab-551) followed by incubation with a Cy3-conjugated secondary antibody (red). (B) Cells were then stained to visualize the rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) using DiOC5 dye (green).
