Research Interests:

The research is a collaborative research interest with Dr. Henry Parkman, department of Medicine (GI Section), on the neurohumoral regulation of gastrointestinal tract smooth muscle contraction. Specific areas of interest include postnatal development, inflammatory diseases of the bowel, and regional differences in gastric smooth muscle contraction.
