(A) Primary osteoblasts cultured for 5 days were fixed and incubated with anti-CTGF primary antibody (Ab-243) followed by incubation with a Cy3-conjugated secondary antibody (red). (B) Cells were then stained to visualize the rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) using DiOC5 dye (green). (C) Overlay of images in A and B to demonstrate co-localization of staining for CTGF with the RER (green). Magnifications: A-C = X175.
