111th School of Medicine Commencement

Information for Families and Guests

 

Temple University School of Medicine's 111th Commencement celebrates the academic achievement of our outstanding Class of 2013 and also recognizes the support and contributions of families, faculty and friends.

 

This year's Commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Academy of Music.   Please plan to arrive early to allow sufficient time to park. Doors will open at approximately 9:30 a.m. The Commencement ceremony generally takes approximately two hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

Each student's photograph will be taken during the conferring of diplomas.  Copies of these photographs will be accessible online and available for purchase in June or July.

 

If you are visiting from out of town, please be sure to book your lodging and restaurant reservations early as as there are many other graduations in the city and hotels and restaurants fill up quickly.  For your convenience, we have provided additional information under "111th Commencement Information" to the right of this page.
