Temple University School of MedicinePost Baccalaureate programINTERVIEWAn in-person interview is a requirement for acceptance into the Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program at TUSM. Interviews are conducted by invitation only. Applications must be complete before an invitation to interview can be extended.
Applicants will have two interviews, one with a faculty member from the Temple University School of Medicine Admissions Committee and a second interview with a current medical student who successfully completed the Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Program.
Interviews are conducted between 9:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. During this time, you will meet with the Program Director, Dean for Admissions (TUSM), and Student Financial Services. Members of the second year medical school class will give a tour of the medical school as well as join you for lunch.
Admissions decisions are communicated within 2 weeks after the interview. All faculty interviewers are members of the TUSM Admissions Committee, so you can be assured that the interviewer is fully versed in all aspects of the admissions process.
