The last thing a patient with lung disease wants to hear is that their lung condition can not be treated because of a serious heart problem.

For these patients, the Temple Lung Center staff takes a unique approach. Pulmonologists and cardiologists combine their talents to aggressively attack both heart and lung problems at the same time, often saving the patient's life with coordinated and innovative treatment.

This joint effort makes effective treatment available for many patients who were turned away at other medical centers.
