department of Psychiatry and Behavioral ScienceApplication Information
All applicants who are in the process of graduating from medical school must apply through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). You must be matched in order to obtain an interview. Physicians who have already gone through this process or for whom the NRMP process does not apply will need to contact the Residency Program Director, Roy Steinhouse, MD, at (215) 707-3364.
Domestic applicants who have taken and passed the USMLE Step 1 and both parts of Step 2 are far more competitive than those that have not. International applicants will have had to have taken and passed all three parts of the USMLE.
