Bone marrow transplants give patients a chance to beat diseases once believed to have no cure. Some kinds of leukemia and lymphoma were considered untreatable a generation ago. The Fox Chase-Temple Bone Marrow Transplant Program is in its 19th year and has now performed over 900 transplants.

Fox Chase Temple Bone Marrow Transplant teamWelcome to the Fox Chase-Temple Stem Cell Transplantation Program located at Jeanes Hospital!

Our program is in its 20th year and has now performed over 1,000 transplants including over 650 autologous and over 350 allogeneic (donor) transplants, averaging over 80 transplants per year. Our protocols cover the whole range of transplant indications including patients with leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia and other disorders.  We are fully accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) and the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) and actively participate in protocols from our own institutions, the Eastern Clinical Oncology Group (ECOG) and the Bone Marrow Clinical Trials Network (BMT-CTN).
