department of emergency medicineTemple University's Department of Emergency Medicine is staffed by 17 board certified emergency medicine physicians and has 36 emergency medicine residents with a patient volume of 65,000. The Episcopal Campus Emergency Department has 11 board certified emergency medicine physicians and a patient volume of 36,000.
Within the Department of Emergency Medicine there are divisions of Research, Emergency Medical Services and Ultrasound. Additionally, the Department of Emergency Medicine supports the Temple University School of Medicine Fourth Year Clerkship and sources for the Pre-Clinical Medication Students and offers fellowships in Ultrasound and Emergency Medical Services. |
