E-Rate
Year 2003: November 4th marks the opening of E-rate's 6th year. The
filing window closes on January 16 2003; applicants who file early receive early
notice of the funding decision. In addition, the Schools and Libraries Division
(SLD) has identified all
applicants in Category 4 defined in the new guidance on CIPA for libraries that
received funding commitments for Funding Year 2001.
