INFOCOMM 2003: Orlando, FL May 31-June 6. InfoComm has been the essential showcase where the newest works of presentation technology are displayed, demonstrated and discussed. This year's show has a gallery of exciting products and people.

4th Annual IST Faculty Acedemy- "Creating Agile Learning Environments: Driving Theory to Practice Malvern, PA June 19-20, 2003. Over the course of the two-day conference, participants will investigate new learning theories, learn about the latest applied solutions, and actively build hands-on skills to create student-centered, technology-enhanced agile learning environments.

American Association for Higher Education Assessment Conference: Seattle, WA June 22-24. The theme is, distilled from Knowing What Students Know: The Science and Design of Educational Assessment (National Research Council 2001), encourages us to examine what we know about learning. It challenges us to examine the assumptions underlying teaching and the relationships among pedagogy, curricular and instructional design, expected learning outcomes, and the design of assessment methods.

Instructional Technology and Education of the Deaf: Supporting Learners- K through College (2003) Rochester, NY, June 23-27, 2003 . The objective of the Symposium is to provide a forum for educators supporting deaf and hard of hearing learners to disseminate information relative to current and future innovations and developments in the use of educational media and technology in the teaching/learning process

e-Learning Instructional Design Symposium 2003., Boston, Massachusetts, June 23-26, 2003 . This symposium is designed to provide every participant with a set of solutions to the most common e-Learning instructional design challenges. Participants will learn strategies that they can use to benchmark their current practices, integrate into their existing practices, modify and adapt to their existing practices. This symposium is limited to 100 participants.

National Leadership and Skills Conference: Kansas City, MO June 23-27. 39th annual National Leadership and Skills Conference (NLSC), a showcase of career and technical education students. The SkillsUSA Championships are held on Thursday, June 26. More than 4,000 outstanding career and technical education students-all state contest winners-will compete hands-on in 73 different trade, technical and leadership fields.

NECC 2003: Seattle, WA June 29-July 2 ISTE offers an innovative and inspiring program that reflects promising practices and research to harness the power of technology to improve students' learning. This year's offerings include a special emphasis on diversity and equity as well as a new strand on implementing NCLB and strands for administrators and open source software.

3rd Annual ESRI Education User Conference San Diego, CA July 6-9. Over 500 K-12 teachers, college and university instructors, school administrators, librarians, and museum professionals are expected to attend and participate in paper presentations, panel discussions, and computer labs to learn how GIS is used in the classroom, for research, for public access, and for planning and administration. Hands-on computer workshops on a variety of topics and ESRI software will give attendees a chance to "test-drive" GIS activities designed for the classroom.
