When it comes to
effective technology integration in the classroom, mentoring or coaching can be
a powerful form of professional development for novice and veteran teachers
alike. For the 2001-2002 school year, the
New Jersey Department of Education

interviewed the NJ Tech Fellows about their experiences as mentors and sought their
advice on how others can incorporate mentoring into their educational technology
professional development programs. This website offers teachers and
administrators the opportunity to learn from seasoned mentors how to help their
schools and districts establish effective mentoring programs.
