Christine
Osei-TuTu, representing Cumberland County, received
her BS and MA in education and has been a teacher for 10
years. During her career, she has taught at both the
elementary and high school level. For the past 3 years,
she has been an instructor in distance learning at
Lakeside Middle School in Millville, NJ, a rural
community. Her project, "Our
Wetlands," uses videoconferencing and the Internet
to explore the South Jersey wetlands and the
environmental effect on horseshoe crabs and shore birds.
