Scott
Rubin, representing Union County, was educated at
Rutgers and the Chubb Institute of Technology. He is
currently a teacher and technology coordinator for
students in PreK-5 at George Washington School #1 in
Elizabeth, NJ. His project, "That's
News to Me" involves students working in
cooperative groups to create and present a news
broadcast.
