Barbara
Lohse, of Warren County, has been an educator for 17
years. During her undergraduate study in education, Ms.
Lohse found that the technology courses didn't offer her
the expertise she sought. Subsequently, she enrolled in
computer courses and earned several certificates.
Presently, she manages the district's network computers
and teaches technology to PreK-8 students in suburban
Allamuchy Township, New Jersey. Her project "The
One Computer Classroom" aids teachers with
strategies and classroom activities and resources for
classes with only one or two computers available.
