  • Fairleigh Dickinson University Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ)- School of Education Preparing Technology-proficient Teachers aims to develop an educational, organizational, and technological infrastructure that supports implementation and institutionalization of strategies designed to systematically transform and improve teacher preparation and professional development.
  • Frostburg State University Frostburg State University (MD) The "Webcentric" Community represents a model for professional development that uses a seamless electronic community. This community is designed to provide learning support to students teachers and teacher candidates in the state of Maryland and in the mid-Atlantic region.
  • Temple University Instructional and Learning Technologies Program (ILT). This course of study is designed to prepare educators and trainers with conceptual and technical aspects of using instructional and learning technology. With the extensive resources of a major research university, the ILT program at Temple University is uniquely positioned to provide students with a solid foundation in instructional technology.
  • University of Delaware/Office of Educational Technology The Online Institutes project is developing high-quality online professional development in the field of educational technology for the mid-Atlantic region. These programs will be designed to meet Pennsylvania's Act 48 requirement and similar continuing education requirements in the other jurisdictions.
