(Q2) Personal Settings:
Does the software override personal settings, accessibility features, or color
and contrast settings?
If educational software does not recognize the accessibility features the
student has selected within their personal operating system (i.e. StickyKeys and
ToggleKeys [shown above]), it will create an accessibility barrier.
Additionally, if the software overrides color/contrast settings a student has
selected within their personal operating system, it becomes unusable.
The accessibility features within Windows 2000 include a magnifier, onscreen
keyboard, StickyKeys, FilterKeys, ToggleKeys, SoundSentry, ShowSounds,
High Contrast, Cursor Options, and MouseKeys.
