Valerie I. Harrison Valerie Harrison joined the Office of University Counsel as Associate University Counsel in 1999. Her practice areas include Student Affairs, FERPA, and Campus Safety & Security. Valerie began her legal career as an associate in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius where her practice concentrated in the area of labor and employment law. She also has served as senior counsel to Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. in New York and ARCO Chemical Company in Newtown Square, Pennyslvania. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Valerie received her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
