Virginia Lederman

Ginny Lederman joined the Office of University Counsel as Associate University Counsel in 2002.  Her practice area is concentrated in labor and employment law.

Ginny has extensive experience lecturing on various human resources and employment law topics including Title VII (sexual harassment and sex, race, religious and national origin discrimination), ADA (disability discrimination), ADEA (age discrimination), FMLA (family and medical leave issues), FLSA (wage and hour) and state employment law (wrongful discharge, unemployment, invasion of privacy, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress).

Prior to joining Temple, Ginny was a partner in the Philadelphia law firm of Dilworth Paxson LLP.  She received her B.A. and M.A in History from the University of Scranton, and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
