Submission Guidelines

We encourage submissions from all interested authors and are always looking for interesting dialogue on important issues dealing with political and civil rights.

If possible articles should be submitted via the ExpressO website at law.bepress.com/expresso/ or by email to
tpcrlr@temple.edu, preferably as a Microsoft Word document.

Hardcopy submissions should be accompanied by a floppy disk or CD-ROM containing a copy of the submission as a Microsoft Word document.

Please Note that will not be accepting submissions until March 2010.
