TJSTEL Annual Spring Symposium: The Greening of Intellectual Property
The Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law held its
annual symposium on Friday, March 19, at the Shusterman Hall Conference Center on
Temple University's main campus. The symposium focused on the intersection between green technology and intellectual property law, examining, for example, such nationally and internationally significant questions as whether intellectual property rights are needed to promote green technology innovation, and whether there is a relationship between the strength of these rights and the introduction of useful technology to the marketplace.
