Due to the high volume of submissions to TICLJ, notice of a manuscript’s receipt is normally not provided. The journal’s executive editorial board reviews each manuscript submitted for consideration. Reviews are conducted, and offers for publication are extended, throughout the year.

MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS:

The Temple International & Comparative Law Journal is proud to publish informative, novel, and exemplary ideas concerning international and comparative legal scholarship. It welcomes all submissions that reflect these attributes.

Manuscripts should be typewritten and double-spaced. Footnotes should be provided and prepared according to the most current edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
