Starting the 2008-09 school year the Activity Fee Act has been increased. The SBA is now working with a larger budget than in past years. Please adhere to the deadlines set forth in the Activity Fee Act for submission of 105, 106 and 108 forms. Late submissions will generally not be funded. For 106 requests, any request under $150 must be submitted to the SBA treasurer at least 6 days before the event. For 106 requests over $150, the 106 form must be submitted at least 5 days before the SBA meeting that will take place BEFORE the event. 108 forms must be submitted within 2 weeks of the date of the approved 106 event in order to be reimbursed.
