General Instructions: All forms are available in two formats:
(1) Adobe Acrobat format are non-interactive. As such it requires
you to print a hard copy and physically deliver it to the SBA office in
Barrack Hall.
(2) Microsoft Word format are interactive. Any questions or problems
with the budget should be directed to the SBA treasurer via the contact
page.

All budget requests are to be submitted to the
SBA Treasurer, Steve Vo.
About Form 105: The §105 form is for a student organization requesting
an allocation from the activity fee at the beginning of the academic year
for the purpose of establishing a discretionary operating budget. For more

About Form 106: The §106 form is for an allocation from the activity
fee for an event or activity that will benefit the student body and law
