Forum
SPIN annually holds an educational forum on a particular topic relevant to public interest. Attendance is mandatory for SPIN members. This year's forum was on Philadelphia's school-to-prison pipeline, a discussion of the systemic failure of local education and government policies that effectively ensnare members of the city's youth. The forum was held on November 8th, 2011, in Klein Hall's Duane Morris Moot Court Room.
