SPIN's Annual Auctions
The 2013 SPIN Live Auction took place on March 21st at Duane Morris, LLP. Thank you all for making it such a success!
SPIN holds both live and online auctions every year to raise funds for public interest opportunities. Philadelphia-area businesses and individuals donate items such as gift certificates, dinners, artwork, event tickets, and more, which are auctioned to raise funds for student grants. Donations to SPIN's annual auction may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution.
The online auction showcases the bulk of the donations, while the most intriguing and select items are reserved for the live auction. Last year's live auction was held at Duane Morris, LLP, and included such items as a weekend package in Ocean City, a two-hour cooking lesson, a sunset pattern quilt, an autographed book by Chris Matthews, a Nintendo Wii, a dinner and theater package, and a pair of Club Level Eagles tickets. Last year's auction raised over $24,000 for public interest opportunities.
