Change of Mailing Address Requirements for J-1 Scholars

All non-U.S. citizens are required to report a change of address to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) within 10 days of the change. This requirement applies to all non-U.S. citizens who intend to stay in the United States for more than 30 days.

Individuals in J-1 status: If you move, you must notify ISSS of your new address at sharonl@temple.edu

By submitting your change of address to SEVIS, ISSS satisfies the change of address requirement for USCIS. You need take no further action.

Be sure to inform ISSS of your new address within 10 days of the change.
